He Leads Me

Today I'd like to share a card I made recently using Penny Black's stamp Calm Waters.

Here's my completed card and a few details about how I made it.

This stamp is about 7" wide which allows the user to decide which part of the stamp to use on a standard A2 card.   For my card, I stamped about one inch in from the left side of the stamp.

I used my Copic markers for coloring this beautiful image and then used a simple crossed stitched rectangle die . I put the image back in my Misti at this point and added the scripture from Psalm 23:2.  I cut a blue mat about 1/8" larger than the colored image and adhered both to a white A2 card base.

I’ll be entering this card in the following challenges:

Thank you for stopping by today.  I enjoy sharing my work with you and invite you to visit my site ~ “Not Just Scraps” on Facebook ~ where you can purchase my cards and other crafting items.

Serving a Risen Savior,
Pam
