Great Things Come in Small Packages

For my third posting today - my personal 'surprise' ~ as I've joined the Design Team for World Wide Crafters and Colorist, sponsored by Artist Julia Spiri.   I'm very excited and honored to be a part of this amazing team of card makers and colorist.

My first design card is using 'Baby Girl', a grayscale coloring page.

I used Copic markers for the coloring and matched the baby's outfit and headband to the green patterned paper that I  selected prior to starting.

When completed, I used the Tattered Lace, Beaded Chain Nesting Label Die for the decorative edge.  I selected a Kraft 6" card base then added the brown textured mat about 4" from the top down and the 3" green patterned paper at the bottom of the card.  Next I secured the colored image just to the left of center.  After matting the sentiment, I added it to the bottom of the card front, then randomly added the small coordinating paper flowers to complete the design.

Thank you for stopping by today to view my blog. I enjoy sharing my work with you and invite you to 'Follow' my blog and to visit my site - "Not Just Scraps' on Facebook - where you can purchase my cards.
