Feeling a Little Ruffled?

Today I'm sharing a card I recently made for one of the weekend challenges.  I used the 'Chicken Little' image from QKR Stampede.  

I love the sentiment since it opens the card up for multiple uses. Would you believe I sent it as a sympathy card?  We all have those days where we feel 'rained on' and just can't catch a break.  This was perfect for the encouragement she needed.

After coloring with my Copic markers, I used the Gina Marie Drop Pendant die for the image.  I used a slimline cloud die for the next layer since the card base was 4 1/2" x 6". The actual card base is covered in a reddish brown cardstock, which matched the chicken's comb.  I tied the blue twine at the center fold, and then completed the card by adding the enameled dots.
