Tis the season to sing!

Oh Yes! What a joyous season it is! It doesn't matter that 2020 has been a year of trials and many unknowns.  We are in the season of gratefulness and of our Savior's birth ~ A season of happiness and celebration!

I have two cards to share today from Jan's Digital Stamp Shop, both from her new package, Caroling.  I think these three little carolers are just the cutest!  The package comes with the option of having them grouped together or printing each separately, giving you many options!

For the first card, I placed the music sentiment in the center and added a caroler at the top and bottom. 

I printed this as a 5 x 7 size on Neenah 110# cardstock and after Copic coloring used the Gina Marie Designs Labels 2 for die cutting the edge.  I also die cut the same size die in black.

  I made a card base 5" x 6" and covered the front with a coordinating olive cardstock.  Next I added a music print 'We Wish you a Merry Christmas'.  I cut the black die cardstock in half vertically and glued it to the back of the colored image, leaving about 1/2" showing on each side.  Once secured I added this to the card front.  I added the yellow-gold organza double bow to complete this card.

For the second card, I printed the third caroler and the 'Just a Note' sentiment also on Neenah 110# cardstock.  I fussy cut the caroler out after Copic coloring and I used a stitched rectangle die for the sentiment with a lavender 1/8" liner.  I used a standard A2 white card base and added the wintery sky background then the die cut snow background with the tree border.  I secured the sentiment and liner near the top left then added the caroler near the bottom right to complete the second card.
