Dancing Penguins Wishing You a Merry Christmas!

Today I'm joining Team A of the Colour Crazy Challenge blog and our Sponsor for the week ~ Conie Fong Designs.

For my project card today, I'm using her Candy Cane Penguin design.

The penguin on the left is the one that comes with this package.  I started by sizing that one to fit my mini slimline card.  Then I duplicated the image and flipped it horizontally to get the other one.  I reduced her size slightly since I wanted to make them look like a couple, not twins.

After printing on Neenah 110# cardstock, I used Copic markers for my coloring.  Copic B60 and B63 were used for the snowy hills and the falling snow.

After completing the coloring, I trimmed the image close to each penguin.  The background snow paper is matted first onto the card base, then I added the completed image.  Lastly I used my Misti and black Versa Clair ink to stamp the miscellaneous Christmas sentiment across the bottom.

Don't forget to visit the Colour Crazy Challenge blog to see all the Design Team cards and to enter yours also.

Thank you for stopping by today to view my blog. I enjoy sharing my work with you and invite you to 'Follow' my blog and to visit my site - "Not Just Scraps' on Facebook - where you can purchase my cards.
