For this card, I used Bunny Hearts Girl which is available at Conie Fong's Etsy Shop.
I sized this image to about 2-1/2 to 4" and used my Copic markers for coloring. I used E23 and E25 for the bunny and a variety of shades of lavender to purple for the dress and heart shaped balloons.
I used a lattice frame panel die to make the deep purple frame. After adhering both the image and frame to the card, I added the sentiment 'You make my heart sing' and a coordinating organza ribbon.
