No matter how much planning you put into having a baby shower, sometimes the baby decides their arrival is more important!
This was the case several weeks ago as our church ladies prepared for a shower for a sweet baby girl's arrival... and those plans were put on hold as she made her healthy entrance into the world before the shower could be held.
This past Sunday the beautiful new baby girl was the star of the shower held in her honor.
Today I'd like to share the card I made for the ladies who hosted the shower for her.
The image is a Whimsy Stamp, Wee One, by designer Sylvia Zet. The circle die is the Whimsy Scalloped Doily Die and the brown die is the Gina Marie Designs Pleated Lace Rectangle die. All the elements were layered on a pink woven textured 6 x 6 card stock piece then mounted on a white top fold card base.
Inside the card was stamped with ~
A baby is ~
A gift of sunshine
A gift of love,
But most important,
A gift from above!
Much love and prayers go out to this new little girl and her parents and family from the church family.
