It's September already ~ and here in the south we are all so glad to start feeling a bit of relief from the high summer heat waves and look forwarding to the fall which is our favorite time of the year!
Today card brings my first fall card using one of Whimsy's new Fall Digital Releases ~ Crissy Armstrong's A Girl and Her Pumpkin ~
For this card I printed the digital image on card stock and then selected just her "JEANS" and printed those on the Digital Autumn Beauty 5 Digital Paper.
After Copic coloring the rest of the image I paper pieced her jeans in place and added a bit of shadows.
The cornstalks were done with the My Favorite Things Die-namics Die (815765016988) also out of various strips of the Autumn Beauty digital papers.
I love adding burlap to any country themed card. The image and brown mat around her are cut using the My Favorite Things Elegant Rectangle STAX die set. The entire design is mounted on a 5 x 7 Kraft card base, lined with white.
