Make a Birthday Wish

Today is round two of sharing the new images from All Dressed Up Digital Stamps for May.  I selected Whimsical Day for my Design Team project card and made a Birthday card with her.  

 

I started by flipping the girl from the left side to the right, then printing her.  I used Copic markers for coloring which of course is my favorite way of making a card! Then I cut apart a premade birthday wish clear sticker, added each piece to a strip of yellow cardstock and then secured them down the side of the girl.  I also added the grass and little flowers across the bottom.

Next I used the Penny Black Elegant Stitching die set for the image and the pink matting.  I added those to the coordinating green card base, then added three strips of washi tape on the fold side and a pair of pink sunglasses (brad) at the top to complete the card design.
