When the virus first hit the US to me it still seemed far away. It seemed so weird not to worship together. "Yard Church" just wasn't the same and masks were a pain. The numbers were growing but they were in the big cities, not here where I live. And as time passed, things got better and finally we could take the masks off. But not for long before it came back.... stronger.
All the time we prayed.
We prayed for a cure, for safety, for those that were suffering and those that had lost loved ones.
And the virus kept getting closer to us.
We will not live in fear. Our faith is stronger than our fear.
Our strength is in our Lord and in His mighty Word.
May our Lord and Savior give you the strength you need to deal with this virus, to beat it and get well. May you be comforted in your loss.

A beautiful beautiful card Pam - this virus and the resultant pandemic is not a nice experience at all - and there are many who have a new depth in their relationship with the Lord as they press in and pray through...
