For my card for Alpha 'O' in a Month of Holiday Cards on Beccy's Place, I've selected Holly Bauble. This was made available digitally in November 2019.
In previous years I've used this design as Beccy designed it. I cautiously stretched the perfectly round ornament for this design to make it an Oval Ornament. While resizing digital image to fit our designs is what makes them fun to work with we also have to be respectful of the designers work if we make the slightest change. If you're ever in doubt, contact the designer first!
I also colored the ornament in two shades of Pale Orange along with the leaves are done in Lime Green and Ocean Green .

Fantastic use of the image Pam, I love how you've stretched it to better suit your design. Great colouring too! The gold frame is a wonderful addition and gives you card a nice shine.
