Adventures Await

As the weekend is upon us, I wanted to share one of Angie Blom's Digital Designs today. 

This is from her package Dream Big Mountains and is the perfect background to add other stamped image to or just as the beautiful scene that it is. 

One of the nice things about Angie's packages is she includes an image page that is ready to print 4 card fronts.  If you are new to digital images, this is a huge help.  For today's card, I selected the pre-laid  out images and printed on Neenah 110# card stock.  I use this paper because I get excellent results when using my Copic markers.  

This was a particularly fun piece to color because the design allowed me to use a lot of shading as each of the natural elements met each other.  Afterwards I used an old 'book page' die turned vertically to give the top an additional cloud affect.   I cut a black liner mat and also die cut it at the top.   I found a peach patterned paper of constellations, which I thought was a neat addition.  I mounted all the layers on an A2 white card base to complete the card.
