I started by stamping each of the tiny astronauts on a strip of white heavy cardstock. Each image was then colored using Copic markers. I carefully fussy cut them out and die cut the stamped sentiment from the same stamp set.
I found the background paper in my stash, it's sorta like a fiber type paper. I sure think it is perfect for this design. Like all fiber paper, it was a bit difficult to get it to adhere to the card base and then to get the images to stick to the card front. But I use a Book Binding liquid glue for all my cards, and after holding just a bit longer than 'normal' everything stuck just fine.
I tied the deep aqua ribbon around the top fold and tucked the sentiment tag under the knot. I added a multicolored enamel dot on the tag top to complete the card design.
