Never Apart

Here it is a new month ~ JUNE ~ it's just hard to believe.  Time seemed to stand still while we were all quarantined and now it seems to be flying at the speed of light.

I think the recent events helped a lot of family and friends stop to ponder their relationships.  Not being able to jump in the car or catch a plane to go see our loved ones, was not a good experience.

For my card with Jan's Digi Stamps, I selected two images from the new set, #1 Dad. I also used the sentiment from her set A Boy and His Dog

Here's what I came up with and then a few details.

I placed the books into an A2 size template then layered the pocket watch in front and around the books.  I printed this new combination on Neenah 110# card stock and used my Copic makers for coloring.

I selected Gina Marie Designs Wonky Stitched Rectangle dies for the image and coordinating mat.  Then I mounted both on a yellow card base.

I printed the sentiment from A Boy and His Dog because it fits so well with these images.  It's a great sentiment for what we have been through recently.

True friends are never apart...
Maybe in distance but never in heart

To finish the card I tied a spider web design with brown twine.

I hope you will visit Jan's Digi Stamp Shop for these images and many others.  Also please take a minute to visit the Challenge Blog to see all the other Design Team's cards.  I will look forward to seeing your card entered in the monthly challenge also.

  1. What a striking card Pam - and so wonderfully masculine too. Yes, we have certainly had time to ponder so much these past few months.
