Addicted to Card Making ~ Weekend Fun ~ Olympics

With the summer Olympics starting and all of us just sitting

around with nothing to do...

Several ladies joined in for a quick weekend challenge on

Addicted to Card Making

to focus on the events.

The card had to meet one or all of the following criteria:

1. Red,White,Blue; 2. Olympics;

3. Sports; 4. A country Flag; 4. Rio

For my quick card, I decided to use a wavy stencil and

Stamping Up Real Red ink for the waves of the flag,

a little scrap of blue for the top corner,

the smallest Creative Memories star punch

with a little glue and glitter,

and then found two sports metal ovals to add

TEAM VICTORY

to the bottom right of the card.

 And just to show you the versatility of stencils,

the background on this card was done with the

same stencil, just moved around using different

shades of blue ink.
